A Look Into oGsMC’s Force Field Usage with Screenshots

Force Field often defines a top tiered Protoss player to a normal skilled Protoss in Starcraft 2. The Force Field spell regularly defines the outcome of the Protoss matchup. A mistake or bad placed Force Field will lose you countless of games. On the other hand, perfect placed Force Field usage in your games will often break the matchup itself.

Cries and thoughts of nerfing the Force Field ability by Terrans and Zergs around the world is nothing new. However, perfect Force Field usage will require immense skill of the Protoss player himself. Only truly Protoss grandmasters will truly break Force Fields.

We will be looking at oGsMC’s; the winner of GSL 2, Force Field usage. Deemed the Kratoss Protoss and the best Protoss around the world currently, oGsMC’s Force Field usage is top notched and second to none. MC’s perfect Force Fields placement leaves Zergs and Terrans around the world screaming in horrors, and Protosses around the world cheering in excitement.

 A two front attack from ZenexByun the Terran player. A mistake here can cost MC the game. MC smartly move his army towards the left side and Force Field behind the bio army dealing with the left side first.

After dealing with the Terran's army at the left choke, MC smartly throws down Force Field behind the Bio ball blocking their escape path. A very smartly situation dealt by oGsMC.

The final battle that will determine the outcome of the match itself. Terran player has a large army of Bio units with Vikings and Protoss with Stalkers, Colossi, Sentries and Zealots. 3 Force Fields are first placed behind the Terran army.

More Force Field are being placed behind the Terran units to block off their escape path.
