Park Sung Joon, more often known for his Starcraft, JulyZerg is probably the one of the best Starcraft 1 players. July was a member of Clan STX Soul (2008) a very highly regarded Korean Starcraft 1 team during July's Starcraft 1 career. Nicknamed the God of War, JulyZerg is the first Zerg to ever wins an OSL back in 2004. OSL stands for Ongamenet Starleague, which is often called Starleague now. July then managed to win another two OSLs in 2005 and 2008 making him the first player to ever win 3 OSL titles gaining him the Golden Mouse Trophy. July proceeded to earn his second Golden Mouse title after defeating Best the Protoss player from SK Telecom T1 with a impressive 3-0 record in 2008.
July with his impressive aggressive Zerg style has won him countless live broadcasted matches. July was most famous for his trademarked impressive Mutalisk micro during his prime era.
In 2010, JulyZerg finally decides to leave the Starcraft 1: Brood war by leaving his team. JulyZerg is currently concentrating in Starcraft 2. Having found himself a very top Starcraft 2 Korean Professional Team; Star Tale with a number of Korean top Starcraft 2 players. July will be focusing full time in Starcraft 2.
Using the ST_July nick for Starcraft 2, he managed to qualify himself into code A during GSL season 3 Code A qualification rounds. Soon ST_July earned a code S statues in GSL 4. However, his wish of winning his first GSL was ended by oGsMC the GSL 3 Champion.
Fast fowarding to GSL 5, ST_July once again showed why he is deemed the God of War and one of the best Starcraft players of all time. Taking down the previous GSL 4 Champion, IM_Mvp 2-0 knocking down MVP to the Up and Down matches with his aggressive Zerg Banelings strategies. July teared through the GSL season 5 to reach his first GSL finals. ST_July will face oGsMC often regarded as the world best Protoss player in this GSL finals and will be the most anticipated match of GSL 5.
