Alejandrisha, a very good Protoss player from Teamliquid has done a perfect job of making this build known to everyone. So all credits of this build goes to Alejandrisha from US, Whitera and whoever first created this build which is always unknown.
Lets take a look at the 4 Gate Warp Prism build. First of all, this is a cheese build where you are only getting 20 workers in total, 16 minerals, 3 gas and 1 for scouting which is similiar to the standard 4 gate build. This build works best on maps such as Metalopolis, Shattered Temple and Scrap Station with extremely close by air position. This allows the slow Warp Prism to travel easily and start to warp in more units.
Why is this build superior to the standard 4 Gate?
In most Protoss vs Terran matchup, Terran can easily scouts a 4 Gate build by
1: Only 1 Gas from the Protoss player
2. High number of Chrono Boost saved up
3. There is no 3rd Pylon in the Protoss base (This is the most essential in giving information of an incoming 4 Gate.
1 Gas can also determines the 1 Gate expansion from Protoss. However, you can tell by the number of Chrono Boost Protoss save up from Protoss. Normally in a standard 4 gate strategy, Protoss will Chrono Boost Probes twice. And finally the most important sign of an incoming 4 Gate is there is no 3rd Pylon within the Protoss base. This always indicate an incoming 4 Gate.
Often times, a 4 Gate push can be easily fend off using a wall and Bunkers together with some SCV's for repair. Majority of the time, Protoss players will fail to break the Bunker without Force Fields. Thus, 4 Gate is very easily held off by Terran players.
Lets come back to 4 Gate Warp Prism build. 4 Gate Warp Prism is a better version than the standard 4 Gate which bypass the Terran's front wall and directly sending your Zealots and Stalkers into the mineral line. This build is as strong as the standard 4 Gate. Terran is strongest when holding of choke together with Bunker and Repairs. Dropping units directly at the Terran's mineral line forces the Terran to pull back his army to defend.
If you have watched Whitera's SC2 online game stream, you will be probably noticing that Whitera has been performing Special Tactiks: Wierd strategies by Whitera but actually wins the game such as 2 Stargate Voidray into Carriers and Mothership, Colossus Warp Prism Haress and 4 Gate Warp Prism. Whitera's version involves getting more Probes which is more economical in a long run.

Things to pay attention:
- The build order is extremely tight so there is no room for errors. Try practicing it a few times in custom games against computers before pulling it off
- Use your Chrono Boost as shown. This allowed you to warp in 4 Zealots right when your Warp Prism pops up.
- Build your 3rd Pylon at the edge of your base and have your Warp Prism rallied at the location.
- Place your second Pylon further at a corner. This allows you to build 2 Gateways at the location to prevent a Scan from revealing your strategy.
- Your Chronoboosted Stalker should deal with the scouting SCV before putting down the Robo and Gateways.
- With Warp Prism, you can directly warp in more reinforcements. It is advisable to Warp in your Stalkers behind the mineral line to prevent SCV surround and focused down quickly.
