How to Improve in Starcraft 2 - Part 5 - Stop complaining and Learn to Beat it

I have read post on 'aaa' imbaness, 'bbb' cheese, 'ccc' overpowered over and over again on threats in Battle.net. Generally, people will always complain regarding the imbalance of some strategy and goes into a never ending bad mouth dissatisfaction towards a specific race and the game itself. Human is a creature with a lot of self pride. Often times, this causes our downfall, as we are limiting our view and thoughts towards a specific problem.

I will be looking at the nonstop complains of individuals for Starcraft 2 strategy and guide in this article. Very often, I've seen Protoss players complaining the overpower and efficiency of 'Stim bio ball army', Ghost EMP, calling the 4 gates a never ending cheese, Protoss ball of doom GG, noob cannon rushers and the list goes on. What is strong about some of the cheeses stated here is the failure to scout for the specific strategy. I bet most or all Protoss players has been cannoned rushed through their Starcraft 2 life. This occurs mainly due to the lack of scouting from our parts. Now, you have just been cannon rushed and your raging all over at your opponent. I must say get over it. Watch your own replay and learn to beat it.

However at times, the counter for some strategy or cheese will not has an obvious answer. For example, the one basing Terran all in with unit composition such as Marines, Banshees, Tanks and SCVs or any one basing variation. In my experience, I have a hard time beating a one basing Terran all in. I can continue and keep on complaining about the effectiveness and efficiency of Terran armies or learn to beat it. The obvious answer will definitely figuring your way out. It is advisable to watch pro replays or even seeking guides from better players at forums and discussions.

At times, psychological health plays a very essential role in Starcraft 2. If you often complain and deemed a specific unit to be overpowered, this will cause you to play horribly and making lots of mistakes each time you are faced with the so called 'imba' units or strategy. Learn to beat it is all I have to say.

Cheers.
