Starcraft 2 SC2 1.3 Grandmaster Icon

This is the new Grandmaster icon currently found on Starcraft 2 PTR server and will soon to be implemented once SC2 is patched 1.3.

    Does it means top 200 of a particular region like NA / KR / SEA ... ? If yes, so there only be 1000-1400 Grandmasters players around?

    Ya. It seems like the top 200 list for each server that Blizzard posted weekly should be the list for Grandmasters.
